Today is actually a much slower day. We don’t have too much to do today, a lot more free time, but it’s Mohammad’s birthday, so everything is closed anyway. But we found an internet shop open! The next two days will be a little bit busier due to a new intake and transfers. And as the zone leaders, we get a lot of transportation duties, taking people to and fro.
Overall the last week has been really good. We were able to teach lot of lessons and commit a lot of people to baptism! We had Tevita’s baptism yesterday, and his confirmation, and now we have 6 others set for baptism the first week in February! So that was really good.
In other interesting news, they have announced the new mission president for the Fiji Suva Mission. He will be starting the first of July, so I’ll have just a few weeks with him and I’ll have my departing interviews with a President I’ve known for only a couple weeks! haha. His name is Pres. LaMar Layton from Draper Utah with his wife Lynette Layton.
That is about the majority of the excitement for the week! Took another elder practice driving, went hunting for new flats, etc.
